Schadographien. Die Kraft des Lichts
Christian Schad (1894-1982) created his first photograms in Geneva in 1918/1919. His friend, the Austrian writer Walter Serner, who was part of the Zürich Dada movement together with Tristan Tzara, gave them the name “Schadographs”. The book was published (only in German) on the occasion of the retrospective held in Miesbach, Bavaria (the place where Christian Schad was born) in 1999. It has been out of print for several years! The authors are: Arturo Schwarz, L. Fritz Gruber, Bettina Schad, Christian Schad, Nikolaus Schad and Anna Auer.

Uwe Schoegl – new President of the ESHPh
I have not yet had the honour or the pleasure to meet Uwe Schoegl, but I know and appreciate Anna for many years. So I put my trust in her judgment and support her proposal in favour of Uwe Schoegl.

Feedback Farewell letter Anna Auer
Anna . . . Delighted to get the Newsletter. Given that the Society has also published two editions of PhotoResearcher this year, it can be seen to be doing very well.
